Storage: Honey has a very high concentration of natural glucose and fructose. At low temperatures, it may form irregular, flower-like, or soft lard-like crystals. Therefore, it should not be stored in the refrigerator. If crystallization occurs, simply place it in 60°C warm water for about half an hour, and it will return to its original texture.
